Sometimes people ask me if I believe in aromatherapy. My answer compares it to taking a long walk. Do we feel better after taking it because it is exercise? Because we are out in nature? Because we did some great thinking, or sharing with a friend? Because we know we are doing something good for ourselves? Does it matter as long as we feel better?

Yes, I believe in aromatherapy (products that actually have subtle effects on the mind, emotions and body, that help you perk up, relax or feel better.) But I also believe in self-care, nature, pleasing our senses, having fun and giving gifts. I believe in feeling good. The products that we carry are some of the best feel good products I've found!
