Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day after placing an order. While we make every effort to keep all of our items in stock we occasionally do
not have an item on hand to fulfill an order. When this occurs we will try to call or contact you via email so you can decide if you would like to back-order the item
or cancel it from your order.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If we encounter any difficulties processing your order
or your credit card we will attempt to contact you using the billing information provided at checkout.
Many of the items on this web site may be custom scented for an additional $.75. To select a scent place the item into your shopping cart. If the item is able to be custom scented
you will be given the option to select a scent for it. The list of scenting options is available here.
Pricing
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent
price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price
may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your
cart. We cannot confirm the
price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card
until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best
efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. We verify prices of products sold and shipped by
as part of our shipping procedures. - If an item's correct price is lower than our stated
price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated
price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before
shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Our primary shipping methods is US Postal Service First Class Mail with signature confirmation. We are able to ship via UPS as a special request for orders placed over
the phone. For larger/heavier items we may elect to use US Postal Third Class Mail Service at our discretion.
Our web site is designed to only calculate shipping rates for orders shipping within the continental United States. If you are outside of the U.S. we will
contact you after placing your order to let you know what the additional shipping charges will be (if any).
Delivery time
You will receive a shipment notification email the day that your order ships from our store in Kingfield, ME. It may take 2 - 14 days for your package to reach its
destination. If you do not receive your order within 14 days please write to us at info@kingfieldscentsations.com. We
can attempt to track your package and make arrangements to reship your order or issue a refund.
Gift Orders
During the checkout process you will be given the option of indicating the order is a gift and include a personalilzed note. Gift orders will be gift packed in a box with a bow
and a handwritten card included at no extra cost. A packing slip/invoice will not be included with gift orders. It will be mailed sperately to the billing address.
Rates
Our checkout system automatically calculates shipping based on the combined shipping weight(s) of all items in the order. Shipping cost is also indicated on the
view cart page. Shipping charges are calculated based on the following formula:

Our Returns Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the purchased from KingfieldScentSations.com, for any reason,
for a full refund:
- •For items damaged in shipment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items to arrange for a return.
- •If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item or an item you did not order we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
- •If you ordered an item that is the wrong size or are unhappy with the item in any way please contact us for to arrange for a return.
When returning an item to us please ship via UPS or US Postal service with signature confirmation to ensure that your package makes it to our store.
We cannot accept returns of used items, items that show signs of wear, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
